Guidelines for Submitting Public Records Requests
To request information from ACBID, please submit a message using the contact form. You will hear back from a member of ACBID via email within two business weeks with details regarding your request.
The Alameda Corridor Business Improvement District provides access to public records in accordance with the Colorado Open Records Act. Requests can be submitted using the contact form or by emailing your request directly to acteam@alamedaconnects.org. Fees may apply, including up to $0.25 per standard-sized page and research/retrieval costs of up to $41.37 per hour after the first hour, which is provided at no charge, as permitted by Colorado law. By submitting a request, the requester acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these applicable fees.
